In order to become a patient here at our program, you will need to call us for a brief phone screening. After we gather some general information from you (Name, D.O.B, etc.) we will set you up with an appointment for an initial intake assessment. This assessment process will take place in person, at the clinic. The process can take some time to complete, as there will be some paperwork. If starting on Methadone or Suboxone, laboratory testing off-site at the nearby Quest Diagnostics facility will be required.
